The lid sticks, so when you pull hard it pulls the tip off as well and you end up covered in ink. Out of the entire package we were able to use 3 and those 3 only lasted a few days. This product is so poorly and cheaply made, that all we could do was laugh. Didn't open the package for 2 weeks after, and now it is too late for a refund. I should have read the reviews first... Live and learn. I wonder if the seller of this product uses these things LOL

First use is amazing.
And then you realize if you leave the cap off for ONE second to ponder your next sentence, the tip has dried out.
Shaking it down will work a bit, but this miniscule moment of error has now caused the end to split and write funny.
So you grab another pen, only to find out the cap stuck and the whole inky tube of regret comes flying out, onto your once lovely bedspread.
After some choice words (that you can't even write down, neither pen now works), you grab a 3rd pen.
Only to discover this one dried out some time in transit.
You give up and write an electronic review, in hopes at least their virtual ink will last long enou

Of the pack of 12, I have been able to use 2 of them. The caps are stuck onto the tip of the pen, so when you attempt to remove the cap, the nib plus ink cartridge come out, making an inky mess. The pens that's I have been able to use though work great!

I love the way these pens write. The problem is that every time you try to take the cap off, the entire pen falls apart. And I'm not talking about coming apart, I'm talking about an epic midair disassembly that flings the casing, tip and ink well into different corners of the room. So much fun trying to track down that ink, finding little ink stains along the way and inevitably getting it all over my hands. I have tried every pen in my pack and they all do this. Is the cap too snug? Is the tip too loose? Whatever it is, I now use a putty knife to pry open my pens, hoping and praying the whole time that I don't end up with a signature mr. pen ink stache on my face at the end of it all.

I started using these to highlight passages in my Bible. The first 2 poems I tried were defective and would not write. I finally got a couple others to work. I am very disappointed in this set. I've never had new pens that did not write.

I liked the tip of the pens. They write like more expensive fine-tip pens. Good, sharp, dark lines.
No skipping. Only issue is they are just too skinny to be really comfortable. They are triangular instead of round, which helps, but I have bigger hands, so they have a flimsy feel to them. Great for situations where you want your nice writing pen, buy don't really mind losing them. I put them on my desk for customers and coworkers can use them.

One of the most important colors I needed was the red pen and it was dried out and did not work. It was a bummer on those two pens but the rest are perfect!
