Been on the hunt for a while now for an alternative to gummy vitamins for our kids, based on our dentist advising against sticky gummy vitamins for our littles teeth. I laugh at myself for not thinking of old school Flintstones vitamins sooner, but there is a reason they are still around and as popular as ever! My kids love the flavors, colours and shapes these come in. Never a complaint about having their daily vitamin. We have finally found our go-to vitamin brand that our kids enjoy and benefit from.

They go off colour in a few weeks but I'm guessing the integrity of the vitamin is still good. Don't have a lab but a take them everyday since adult vitamins are a little too strong for my stomach
