Very nice adapter. Works well and feels of high quality.
I hate that I had to buy this because the ViewSonic VA2447-MHU monitor I bought didn't work properly with USB-C, but this adapter solved my problems so I'm happy about that.When using the USB-C connection, the monitor refused to shut off and would keep flashing messages about there being no signal. I bought the monitor specifically because I only had USB-C available on the laptop I used it with.If I'd known it wouldn't work, I'd have bought a better or cheaper monitor.After trying to trouble-shoot it with the Viewsonic support people, I gave up and bought this. It's all working as expected now with the HDMI connection on the monitor.
