WOW! Did not expect this to be so good.

WOW! Did not expect this to be so good.
I went from a cheap Chinese wired mouse to this. I wanted to reduce wire clutter and upgrade to something brand name. Here comes the Logitech G703. Zero noticeable latency, the battery lasts weeks, super comfortable, and no issues with it in the few months I have had it.

Best mouse for it's value. For people who likes smooth tracking and high performance. I got this mouse because it's lightweight and wireless which means no drag. I was using a G503 before. The weight did came off too light in the beginning but once you get use to it. It's just too good. Effortless to move and my wrist use to bother me after long day of working and gaming. Now I don't have any problem with it. Battery life does come a bit short but I never truly run out of Battery. Just keep it charged when watching shows. It's still worth to sacrifice some battery for the $$ you pay. Great mouse and good value. Would recommend to any of my gamer friends. Only thing is there's no that many buttons on the mouse so MMO players might want a different one.

Coming from the Logitech G305, the G703's size suits my palm/claw hybrid grip so much more. Clicks feel and sound responsive and deliberate, without sounding too loud. Scroll wheel is a little mushy, but overall still feels decent.

Battery life has been great and charging with the included cable is no hassle. No negatives with the wireless sensor, no discernible delay.

Best mouse I've owned out of the previous:

I liked this mouse a lot even though I didn't end up keeping it.

Pros:
- Nice rubberized grips on the left and right side of the mouse
- Ergonomic shape and size makes it great for palm grip
- HERO sensor results in long battery life
- LIGHTSPEED tech results in virtually zero latency relative to wired

Neutral:
- Not as light as other gaming mice like the Endgame XM1 or Glorious Model O which are rising in popularity

Cons:
- Prone to double clicking issues

__Mouse Shape__
Although not perfectly, the shape of the mouse fits my claw/palm hybrid grip. It is comfortable enough for use and very lightweight compared to the G900 or G502, which I had owned previously. This right-handed mouse is angled just right so that I do not accidentally press mouse2 (right-click).
Additionally, I am loving the rubberized sides. It is the best grip I've had compared to all previously owned Logitech mice.

__Battery Life__
I typically have it connected to my PC overnight to recharge every night as I developed this habit through using the G900. But sometimes I forget and easily lasts more than 2 days—just less than half-charge left. Note, I always have the lights off.

__Mouse Buttons__
All the buttons function normally and positioned very optimally. The side buttons are large, making them accessible for use while gaming. They are comparable to the Razer Deathadder side buttons.
The middle mouse-click is still unusable for use as a bind in games. It requires too much pressure to activate. But the scroll wheel is rigid enough that it doesn't accidentally scroll like on the G900. Scrolling feels good. It is just the mouse3 click that is a bit cumbersome.

__Software (Windows 10)__
Logitech G HUB is unusable. (1) macro timings are inconsistent, (2) profiles reset often, (3) G-SHIFT sometimes locks and you're stuck without left/right-click, (4) crashes, and (5) frequently requiring re-install due to infinite looped loading screen.
On the plus side, they have a simpler and lightweight tool available for download called "Onboard Memory Manager." This one works fine and does the job to bind all the essential mouse functions. It cannot create macros though, which is unfortunate.

__Software (Linux)__
`libratbag` is like Onboard Memory Manager if you also get the `piper` front-end package. Works flawlessly for the G703.

__Others' Complaints__
People in the reviews were complaining about double-click issues, and this made me hesitate on buying this mouse. However, I did not encounter any double-clicking issues with any buttons.

__Extra Details__
I play FPS games, like CSGO.

So far this has been a perfect upgrade for me! I was using the Razer Basilisk V2 for a while and when I gave up with trying to make it work and came across this mouse and will say I am NOT disappointed in the slightest! Having a mouse that charges with a cord rather than a battery works SO MUCH better bc I can plug it in when I am away and then it be charged for days after! Speeds are FAST, and is good for anything although I am sure people who love specs may find something better for more. For what it is and the price it's at this is a STEAL

Like others have been saying, and I didn't know until now, the scroll wheel on this mouse is faulty and WILL fail. Mine failed after 13 months, just after warranty, and makes this mouse essentially useless for gaming, and really hard for daily tasks.

When you scroll, this mouse will now scroll in the OPPOSITE direction for a second before scrolling the proper way.

Imagine trying to switch to your sword in minecraft but it switches the opposite direction to your shovel. Yup. It's essentially a paperweight now.

Plug and play. No need to install anything before first use. Plug in the dongle turn on mouse and everything works great. Get the G Hub program to allow for selection of dpi and this mouse is great.
Battery life lasts 20 hours+ if refresh rate is lowered. Otherwise it makes about 18 hours. All in all good mouse. Can be charged while using it as a wired mouse with a nice long cord.

5.0 out of 5 stars Premium mouse for good price (NO DOUBLE CLICKING ISSUES)
Reviewed in the United States on December 18, 2021

UPDTAE: JAN 6, 2022. ive had this mouse for a month now and till now I have 0 double clicking issues. I use a double click detector on google site, everyday since I've got this mouse I test 200 clicks on left and right click. I get 0 double clicks error.

Also the logitech software on PC has been updated and I have 0 issues with it as mentioned on some of the reviews on here. Also the range and disconnecting issue I have not encountered them ( PRO TIP: USE the cable extension that it came with as this acts as an antenna extender and place the USB dongle away from your PC, metal, or any electronics that can cause interference. Also make sure to separate from other wireless dongles IE: Logitech G915 Wreless).

As for its size and ergonomics, it is very comfortable to use. I have very small hands and it's comfortable for me. It's works great for palm gripper of ypu have small hands.

Old review:
I was very skeptical about purchasing this but It's been 3 weeks and NO double click issue that people are reporting on other reviews. Very light and premium build. It uses the same Hero sensor as the more expensive G pro for a lot cheaper price. It's ergonomic and it's perfect for palm grip. Other grip style works well IF YOU HAVE BIG HANDS. For smaller hands palm grip works well. RGB is nice without over doing it. The material they use are premium and there is rubber pad grips on the sides to help slippage. The left/right and side button clicks are one of the best feeling in the market. The wheel scroll is also very good. Unfortunately there is no infinite scroll but it's NOT deal breaker what so ever. ONE of the best gaming mouse I've used and it's very sleek looking. Other gaming mouse looks over done with a transformer look to it, which I hate. Lots of good review on YT

5.0 out of 5 stars Muy buen mouse, vale su precio.
Reviewed in Mexico on July 3, 2020

Mice shape are of course personal preference but I think this has one of the more comfortable shapes and wireless is the only way I will be able to use a mouse. Do yourself a favor and get this mouse because it has usb charging instead of a battery (it takes very little to charge and use for a long time).

It has Logitech g hub program available which allows for more customizations. There’s not much else I would want from this product myself.
