I bought my first S10 through this link - at the time Samsung was the supplier and all was good. Had a freak gasoline fight accident (you 90s kids will get that) (waterfight with the kids) and the phone died. Begrudgingly reordered from this link (this is two months after buying the first phone mind you) but the supplier was now from the US. Supposed to be a new phone. The back panel has CLEARLY been removed previously as there is a gap between the silver bezel and the back plate leaving a noticable lip when holding the device. Tiny scratches on the curved area of the glass and a ton of dust and air pockets on the glass protector (sticky side). If I wanted a refurb I would have paid a couple hundred less for it. Great phone. Garbage supplier. Instant return.

It's a great phone for my mom. I bought it two years ago as a refurbished model, and when I opened the package, the phone seemed brand-new. It was so weird.

The phone was amazing. There was initially an issue with the microphone where it would cut out in calls, but it eventually got fixed-- likely with a software update.

Its battery life is great, and the camera is very impressive.

This phone was a major upgrade from my mom's Galaxy S6. It could be for another couple of years until she needs an upgrade. Highly recommend!

I have never owned a phone but had experience with S 9. This is a level up. It was brand new and works perfect. Have no issues and performs very well. Very little learning curve from S9. The price was good as I never had one before or a plan. Found a month to month cell plan service. won't need an upgrade for a long time. Very happy with the phone and the otter box that I purchased it with. I have not yet applied the screen protector.

Got it on sale so my review might be a little skewed. I've had the phone for about 3 weeks now and all i gotta say is its been solid so far. Finger print scanner does take some time for me. The back of the phone is slippery so if you buy it you need to buy a case too. All in all, phone has been solid but the back is slippery so if you are going to get it, buy a case!
