I bought this plan for the inflatable kayak I bought from Amazon. The kayak started leaking air after a few times of use for no reason. I filed a claim and after millions of back and forth emails asking for receipts, pics, forms,… and numerous hours of wasting my time speaking with multiple agents and putting me on hold on the phone, I finally got an email saying my claim has been reviewed and rejected. This is pure daylight scam and rubbery. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT fall for this total waste of time and money.
