Je ne pouvais plus chatger mes écouteur j ai écrit à la compagnie. J ai eu un service courtois, dynamique et rapide. Ils ont changé mes écouteurs pour une nouvelle paires sans argument avec un service de livraison de 48 heures. Je recommande a tous. Très satisfait.

Claim process isn't easy from Canada - has to be done over the phone and within the same support hours as the manufacturer.

Good news - they decided to cover the item. Bad news - they decided to reimburse me only $21.27 for something that cost $41.27. Maybe it's a typo on their part, but I can't respond to the email they sent me, chat is "not available" on their website. And I don't feel like having to navigate another phone call just to try and figure out why they short-changed me $20. Let's just hope the partial refunds itself doesn't take too long to come through. Would definitely not get this "protection plan" again.

I paid for insurance protection to Asurion company and I am not returning so the insurance is valid. And also I would like to apologize to Amazon for the refund. I got the refund for the cancelation of the Devotion of the Precious blood of Jesus. But mistakes happens and the company made it so I checked my account today and it was a confusion. So it was weird to me because this company is honest and reliable. Again I am sorry.
