I filed for a refund within 30 days of purchase with no reply so I had to contact Amazon and file a Claim which I feel reflects negatively on my account. The option for an extended warranty is a nice option but their customer service response time for refunds is basically nonexistent! Purchase knowing if you file for a return within 30 days you will most likely have to file a Claim through Amazon for a few dollars which makes no sense to me hense the 1star review. Hopefully this is looked at and corrected soon!
Nice product, bright light, but difficult to install with unclear instruction, and wrong concept as: 1- Should clearly identify which hole is for A-B-C arms 2- C the longest arm should be under A & B not over A & B as per picture 3- The lamp base center is too short, should be longer to fix to the ceiling bracket before in order to connect black and white wire more easy 4- The 2 screws to connect the lamp to the bracket is to short , sb longer to hold the lamps to the ceiling
I have only used assurion once and it was a nightmare. In the end they did cover it though. #1-why does it take about a week to receive coverage? #2-why don't they list your item in your coverage? #3-why do i have to pay for shipping return of faulty product? I know why......They want you to either forget that you had coverage, lose your coverage or have a hard time finding your proper coverage because they don't even put your item in the coverage discription. The simplist solution would be to just put your product into the coverage discription. This is just all done on purpose so you will just forget or give up. I can't really recommend this to people but its the only extended coverage they have and have no choice
