This remote control car arrived broken. The shipping box was not damaged. The toy never worked.
Instead of apologizing and replacing it we were told to take our concern up with .Amazon. This is because the insurance policy advised us not to use our ONE repair that the policy covered!
Amazon expects us to pay for the return shipping of this item.
We received terrible customer service from. 1. The toy company 2. The insurance policy 3. Amazon.
