Wasn't pleased with the service. The device I purchased had an issue within the first year so I made the call for the extra warranty which I purchased, and I was told by the party on the phone that I would need to start a warranty ticket or what ever it was called.. At the end of a 15 min conversation I was told someone would contact Me in 24hrs.. 24 hrs, 48hrs, 72hrs, 96hrs nothing.. A full 2 weeks later I Recieve an email regarding the issue. Not good enough, can't imagine how long the replacement part will take to arrive, it's been over a month since the claim check.. For any product under $50 bucks I wouldn't bother with the extra plan/ warranty.
