Very hard to chew
I bought these gummies as I need to take B12 due to a deficiency. I found them very difficult to chew and break down before swallowing.On the bottle it states, chew thoroughly before swallowing. Why, I'm not sure but I followed direction and they are not easily chewed. Will not purchase again.
