Asurion's "office products protection plan" does not cover any product that allows you to generate any income; ANY commercial use (per a supervisor) is not covered. Regardless of commercial use, they do not cover accidental damage. This seems contrary to their website statement that they cover "mechanical or electrical breakdowns even from normal use.'' This implies that they would cover breakdowns ("damage") from normal or abnormal ("accidental") use, but they don't.

Apparently the Asurion plan is mainly a time extension of the manufacturer's warranty covering product defects, as long as you buy the product just for personal use and not to help you work.
