Purchased this insurance to cover a portable monitor i bought of Amazon. The monitor unfortunately suffered physical damage to the display in my backpack. I bought the insurance knowing it would cover this possibility. Here's how it went.

1 Filed a claim on November 12 2023
2 Was called back and told physical damage wasnt covered.
3 Told agent to check the policy as it was literally why i bought the insurance
4 Agent apologized and told me this would be covered
5 Sent in all documents (pictures, receipts, copy of insurance)
6 Was told I would be contacted in 2-3 days with the results and/or to ship the broken monitor
7 Never got word back from the insurance for over a month
8 Contacted them back and have been getting the runaround (saying documents werent submitted)
9 Resubmitted documents online
10 Documents still claimed as missing
11 Emailed documents
12 Documents still claimed as missing
13 Currently on the phone trying to figure it out (been waiting for the call to connect to an agent for over 30 min)

Going to file a complaint and get my money and coverage through consumer protection. Don't waste your money on their insurance

This is a scam: I’ve purchased a monitor and added this protection. The monitor didn’t work and not only this protection never responded, I returned the monitor but they didn’t returned the money for this useless protection.
