Their POS website does not allow you too login to even make a claim, so you have no choice but to phone in and wait for representative to be completely dumb and unhelpful telling you have to login to their POS site top make claim, but their website doesn't even work so you can't actually make a claim.

Asurion is 1000% a Scam and nobody should buy their "Service"
