Playing with Tri-Ominos Deluxe

Classic, easy to learn gameplay

Develops STEM skills

Fun for the whole family

Classic, easy to learn gameplay

It's classic domino gameplay with a twist! In Tri-Ominos, the triangular tiles have a number on each corner, so players must match up two numbers on a tile, adding a whole new dimension to gameplay. Each game consists of several rounds where players use a combination of skill and luck to score.

Develops STEM skills

When players match two numbers of their tile with a tile in play, they score the total of the three numbers on their tile. In the example above, the player is matching the two 4's on his tile and will receive a total of 13 points (4+4+5). Earn bonus points by closing a hexagon or creating a bridge between tiles!

Fun for the whole family

If players can't place a tile, they must draw a new one. The first player to place all of their tiles wins the round, and the first one to score 400 points wins the game. With its fast pace and luck of the draw, Tri-Ominos is easy enough for kids to play but challenging enough for adults, making it a great game to enjoy together!

Increase your STEM skills as you combine strategy and a little luck for some fast-paced fun for the whole family! Rummikub is the popular family game of strategy and luck! Players try to be the first to play all of the tiles in their rack by placing them in runs and groups, rummy style. Reinforces STEM skills like sequencing and pattern recognition. Play a card from your hand, and place a chip on a corresponding space on the game board. When you have five in a row, it’s a Sequence. Block your opponents or remove their chips. The first player or team with the required number of Sequences wins! It's Codemaker vs. Codebreaker to find who will be the Mastermind! The Codemaker creates a secret code. The Codebreaker tries to match the code using logic, deduction and a little bit of luck. Can you crack the code in 10 moves or less? Great game for 2 people

Great game for 2 people
We were getting tired of the usual phase 10, cribbage and Settlers (2 player card game). Wanted something that was easy enough to follow, not too many rules and the option to use strategy or luck. Have yet to try with more than 2 people but I imagine it would be fun.Rules are simple enough. Pick 9 tri-ominos, person who has highest triple goes first. Play a tile that matches numbers on the board, if you can’t go, pick up tiles until you can. First person out of tiles wins the hand. Winning player gets all the points remaining in everyone’s hand. 400 points wins the game. There is a little confusion in the instructions regarding when more than one player gets 400 points. It says, “if more than one player passes 400 during the round, the winner of that round wins the game”. It’s possible for someone with less than 400 to win that round, so does that mean they win? We changed it to the player with the most points at the end of that round wins. Not a big deal, just a good idea to make sure everyone understands. After a few plays, we agree that 400 points is a bit much for the two of us. Easy enough to change the winning total. The tiles feel pretty solid. The trays have two levels to hold the pieces. Seems like they’ll hold up. Only issue with quality is the back of one tile has a few dents or chunks out of it. It is noticeable when picking tiles and if you can remember what numbers are on it, you might be able to use it to your advantage. When that tile is sitting in the tray, you can’t see the dents, so others are not able to identify it in your hand. In spite of that, I recommend this game.

Always enjoyed Tri-Ominos and this is a well made set. Like the little buttons in the middle makes it super easy to mix them up on the table.

Very fun and easy to learn.
Gets really competitive and really gets you thinking of strategies to make more points.

Game from start to finish can take up to 2 hours with 4 players.

Packaging is great, just wish it brought a bag for the actual triangles to store.

5.0 out of 5 stars A must have for your game collection

This is a must-have game for your game collection. I highly recommend it, it's such a versatile game to have in the family. It plays from two people right up to four, the quality of this game is excellent it really is, the actual playing pieces are nice to hold in your hand, the numbering on them is so clear and punched deep into the tiles, they have a gold little stud in the middle which really makes it look nice, it just feels good quality. The shape of the tin alone just brings a smile to your face and it tells you straight off what the game is, inside the tin everything fits well, the stands that you put your tiles on are made from really good plastic, they feel good quality.

I like the fact that when I played this with the younger ones we just play it like dominoes but when the game is with adults, we do the scoring system. I recommend doing the scoring it's a great game, it takes many times of playing before someone reaches a score of 400 points for the win so it gets you really engrossed and competitive. Each time you play this game it's very different, sometimes we can play and all the tiles are used, others times very few also the shapes it makes while playing is different each time, the shapes actually matter as that can bring you more points.

A game that brings variety for all ages. If I had a negative I would say the instruction book is a bit poor, it only gives you the bare basics. I actually had to watch some videos on line for the scoring system, the booklet does tells you how you can score more points by completing a hexagon, a double hexagon and a bridge but when they show you the picture of these in the book, it was a bit hard to work out. Having said that, there's so many videos out there and once you've done it once you get it straight away, so apart from the instruction book which to be fair does tell you how to play, to how to set up and how to score, it's a wonderful game to play, our family n friends who make up a variety of ages love this. I just think the booklet could have gone a bit more in-depth and maybe colour would have made the pictures clearer. The actual game itself I would highly recommend, great value for money.
