good quality and so easy to is it until you finish 3/4 then it will be a long time to get some, I consume a high dosage 10 to 15 to 20 drops at the beginning after one month, I go back to 5drops after checking my vitamin d level is good this was the second Little bottle.

Been taking my vitamin D3 for about 2 weeks now, and very faithfull to them. I have problem believing that one drop was enough, so I called my pharmacist and she said not more then 2 drops a day. Even at that, how can 2000 I.U. be enough? I have for about 4 months of drops, next time I am going for either in tablets or something with a spoon. I take these 2 drops on my tongue, and no taste at all, I also add them if not on my tongue on my toast. Good luck, time will tell.
