The ultimate multi-tasker. These versatile little gems provide relief that’s a breastfeeding game changer. Lansinoh TheraPearl 3-in-1 Breast Therapy Packs provide hot or cold pain relief again and again for tender, overworked breasts. Simply pop them in the microwave or freezer – no boiling required. Use hot therapy to relieve clogged ducts and mastitis. Heat one pack at a time using the enclosed directions. Once warm, place in the soft cover and apply to your breast. Use cold therapy to relieve engorgement. To use as ice packs, place in the freezer for 4 hours prior to first use. Once cold, place in soft cover and apply to your breast. Pads can also be stored in the refrigerator. Use as a breast pump aid to encourage let-down and spend less time pumping. To use as a breast pump aid, heat according to the instructions and wrap around the breast pump flange. Do not overheat. Please follow heating instructions printed on the pads and in the packaging insert. Always test pack temperature prior to use. Breast therapy should be applied for 20 minutes, or as recommended by a doctor. Do not heat the soft covers. I use theese daily when pumping and they are a godsend. Quick and easy to warm up they definitely help me get extra milk out. Theyre also freezable so if you ever get engorged theyre a great relief , theg come with a little cloth cover so the plastic isnt on your skin wich is a great feature.

I purchased these because it was recommended through researching on numerous parenting lists. I did not end up needing them, but I am glad I had them, just in case. The reviews on the sites were very good, and the quality of the product was also very good. They are worth the price, as avoiding mastitis is extremely important. I would recommend all breastfeeding moms purchase these, just in case, as they are very good to have in your bag of breastfeeding items to avoid soreness and mastitis. These would also be a really good baby shower gift for a mom-to-be or new mom that is breastfeeding.

It take longer than its instruction about the heating time. Like 40-45s to make it hot. Because of its not hot enough, after you put it in the bag, the heat doesn't come thru.
It's a bit of a hassle that everytime has to put it in and tags it out is the bag since the bag is made tightly fit.
Heat lasts ok long. About 7 mins long.
Oh i tried to use it on breast it forever work that well due to it doesn't stay on because it's the weight i think. So i used it for my back instead....
