Select your news provider
1. Open the Alexa app.
2. Open More and select Settings.
3. Select News, and then Flash Briefings.
4. Select the toggle next to each news service you wish to add to your Flash Briefing.
To change the order of your selected news programs, select Edit.

If this is your first time using either, Alexa will ask you to pick your preferred news source (choose from CBC, Radio Canada and more). Create a profile by saying “Alexa, get to know me” or in the Alexa app by tapping More, selecting Settings, and tapping Your Profile & Family. Make sure each profile includes a Voice ID by following the prompts in the Alexa app or by saying, “Alexa, learn my voice.” From there, everyone can set their preferred news provider in News Settings of the Alexa app or by saying, “Alexa, play the news.” Once this is complete, when each person in your household says “play the news” their preferred news provider will play.
