Ok first things first, many have left reviews saying it never worked right out of the box. Same. Then I realized, batteries were not installed correctly (I had them flipped the wrong way) so check that you have put them in properly. Seems we would all know this but clearly we do not. Once batteries were put in properly this worked great. I use it at least once every single day. Never fails. No hassle. Easy to clean. Also, I’m still on the original batteries so all in all well worth the money. (I’ve had this thing for months)

Stopped working after a year but lifetime warranty took care of that.

Worked well but after a year it stopped. Contacted the company and lifetime warranty replaced it at no charge. I also have a USB rechargeable FoodVille MF05 $26.00 for about a month. (2 year warranty) I use it 4 or 5 times a week and still on the first charge. Much faster and frothier than this one.

Purchased these for our house and as gifts: 2 of 5 of these frothers stopped working between 4-6 months, so 3 stars (as they work great otherwise). They are pretty simple gadgets, one button and batteries, but they seem quite fragile. Just putting it in/out of the drawer in the kitchen seems to be enough to cause a wiring disconnect.

It works well, when it works. It doesn’t always turn on, and have to push the button a few times, it kills batteries fairly quickly considering it gets used twice a day max by 2 ppl. Also once frothing, as the liquid gets foamy, it starts to struggle spinning. Still use it but once totally broken, I don’t think I will reorder.
