Head swivels downward each time you lift off surface.
Had issues with the head wanting to fall forward every time I lifted it to go to another area to clean. I did a quick DIY with an elastic band around the squeegee portion of unit and secured it with a bag clip. Got my all my baseboards done in 20 minutes after that. Would have like to see something added to this unit to squeegee excess water off of it as well. But happy not to bend and clean with bad back
