Just like the review done by NR, the bok is a great source of informations and facts on longevity science. Beside food, exercice and sleep the rest is really expensive to implement.
Suggested supplements: 50-100$ per month per supplement bringing the bill to >1000$ per month. not everyone can spend that much money.
Just like some other readers I'll stick to food and exercice. Even sleep monitoring can be expensive. the EightSleep pods are 5k. All the device monitoring required monthly subscription that are not 10$ but more in the 80-90$.
So, good read, implementation impossible for the mortal !! Leaving immortality for rich !! ;-)

It is yet another good book by Dr Hyman. With one big surprise and downside: this is basically promotional book for all the treatments and supplements and it that sense is disappointing. The bottom line is : you ll be younger ONLY if you get all these treatments and TONES of supplements. I am also surprised to hear just now of all the huge health challenges Dr Hayman had. He never mentioned them in his previous books while they were actually happening. Was it not good selling point then and now that it is in the past is ? Confusing . Mark Hyman goes through his health history saying that only now he feels at his absolute best ? So food in itself did not work even though he sold us all those books to say that the key is in the food ? Now he shares his very elaborated (and veery expensive ) lifestyle that includes A LOT of expensive treatments and tones of supplements ... This is lifestyle only very rich can afford. And I am not sure it is necessary. Mark Hyman became all about new science of longevity - just like all those rich tech people. I honestly prefer the msg he gave in his previous books. However I still think this was is worth buying due to digested info on science of aging. For that I would recommend the book. To read what is the trend and come to your own conclusion. For me the book was worth reading to make my own mind - but I ll skip 90 percent of what is suggested and stick with food, nature and movement as medicine .
