Just plugged them in on my Yealink T27G phone.
They worked instantly and perfectly.
I asked clients if they can hear me ok and I was told they hear me perfectly.
The audio quality is also pretty good.
Comfort is mediocre. Not great not terrible. I put the headset on when I take or make a call. I wouldn't wear it for hours.

For the price, it's a pretty good headset. Perhaps I should have paid a bit more for the one with the leather earbuds. However for my use, it does a great job.

My company has Yealink phones and decided to order the same brand for a headset.
I've had people say I'm very clear without any noise distractions. I was skeptical with the mouth piece not being close to the mouth and the sound quality is excellent. I got this headset as my previous headset wasn't suitable with this phone. When I ordered the same name and tried it, I have been impressed with the quality of the sound.
