Rivet set - pretty rough, but could be okay with some tweaking
The actual parts that impact the rivets are pretty rough. But, if acquired for a low enough price, it could be alright. I ended up having to polish at least two of the rivet sets to get a reasonable looking surface on them so as to not mar the rivet surface more than necessary. They definitely aren't the highest quality, but should work, at least for my purposes.
I used this to replace solid rivets on my aluminum boat with a small air hammer. I tried a few practice rivets, turned the pressure valve as low as possible and ran it in short bursts. Has another person on a buck on the in side of the boat. Worked well to keep the rivet centered. It took some practice, but turned out well.
Used these to tighten up the rivets in my aluminum boat. The set comes with different sizes to accommodate different size rivets. I just used a hammer with the kit and a helper pushing against the other side and tightened rivets up, boat doesn't leak. Worked great
