UPDATE:I've changed my rating to a 4 star from 2 start for the following reasons:- Seller customer service has been excellent. They have addressed all the concerns of my original review. I won't go into detail but I'm satisfied with the responses- For the product itself and what it is, so far it has done what you would expect from an Android tablet. After the explanations provided, the value is there, also considering the extra accessories provided.First review on Amazon and I was compelled to write this review. I research as much as I can based on reviews on Amazon but elsewhere, there is not a lot of information on this model but it was on sale so I thought I would take the plunge, hoping the details on the ad were accurate. If accurate, I thought the tablet would be great value for my money spent.The BAD - I ran a DEV CHECK utility to show me details of the tablet- Ad says "octo core", last time I checked that means EIGHT cores. Dev Check shows 4 cores. Looks like 1 performance core and 3 efficiency cores- Ad says Android 13, Dev Check shows Android 12- Ad says 12GB RAM, I read that it only has 6GB so wasn't that surprised. Only has 6GB of RAM, good luck trying to upgrade to 12GB- Pictures show 2 cameras on the back. BUT one is a dummy camera, it only has 1 rear camera The half decent:Comes with many accessories, I haven't tried them but it comes with items that the big brands will not include (keyboard, mouse, case, screen protector)LightweightBasically, you get what you pay for and if it looks too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. While I still intend to keep this product, the advertising is so misleading. As a consumer I want to be able to make informed decisions and do proper comparisons but impossible when the details are completely wrong.Hope this helps many who are looking at this product. This is a lower end tablet under the disguise of a more premium one. There are Android tablets that are in a similar price range (don't buy this one at full price) that have comparable specifications AND do not overstate the product.

My wife's Samsung tablet had come to the end of its useful life and we were looking for a replacement. She uses the tablet mainly for emails, social media links, short videos, and browsing the internet. Her gaming is mainly limited to Scrabble and Mah-jong.
This tablet ticked all the boxes we were looking for: reasonable amount of RAM, and good internal storage with the option for additional storage via an SD card. The screen size and resolution was acceptable.

Delivery was VERY fast, even by the high standards of Amazon Prime. Good packaging and it came complete with Bluetooth keyboard and mouse plus a powered charger - very impressed.
The setup was so easy I could hardly believe it. No bloatware, just the basic Android programs.
Transfer of all settings from her old tablet to this new one was fully automatic and took only a few minutes. She was soon up and running and VERY impressed. The WiFi connected without problems and was fast. Overall a very happy wife !!!
The company were helpful in that they contacted me to remind me to register the tablet to obtain the full warranty.
After a few weeks of constant use not a single complaint - it all works as it should. A very happy customer.

Minor negative comments : the protective case provided is rather flimsy but it was free so what do you expect? The description suggests that the RAM can be upgraded but the manual gives no help as to how to achieve this.

If you a looking for a fast, easy to set up alternative to a top line Android tablet this one will fit the bill.
Thoroughly recommended.

Feature-wise = excellent. Performance-wise = excellent. Quality-wise (IPS panel, audio, battery, build) = excellent. Battery Warranty-wise = excellent. Price-wise = Unbelievably great. The included keyboard, protective shelf-stand, and mouse are really welcome accessories. Rivals Samsung or Lenovo, but costs much much, much less. Highly recommended!

The tablet is pretty much what you pay for, is good for writing, playing games and browsing the web. The keyboard works fine, but the mouse doesn't work UNLESS you have a usb-c to usb adapter (this tablet sadly doesn't come with one). In the battery case of the mouse, you will find a small usb dongle. You need to plus this into an adapter, and plug the adapter into the tablet's usb-c charging port for it to work. You also need two AAA batteries for the mouse, and to use tiny tiny on/off switch on the bottome of the mouse.

I hope this review helps those who couldn't get their mouse to work!
