Installé à l'entrée de mon garage, je suis satisfait globalement de mon achat. La qualité de l'image, l'angle de couverture tres large avec possibilité de rotation 180 et zoom, la facilité d'installation, le paneau solaire donc pas besoin de câblage électrique. Un peu moins satisfait sur le fait qu'il y a un délai de quelques secondes pour recevoir la notification d'un mouvement. La vision nocturne infrarouge est en noir et blanc, il faut allumer les DEL pour voir en couleur. J'aurai aimé que la rotation soit automatique en suivant le mouvement mais pour le prix on ne peut pas s'attendre à plus. En somme, je recommande ce produit.

This product was purchased as a front door security camera. Although a recommended product by Amazon, it failed to perform properly. The program is defective. Detection mode functions intermittently. It activates with no motion at the door even when sensitivity is adjusted accordingly. Yet it warns of someone at the door when nobody is there. It is issuing a warning of front door prescience every few minutes. Camera also freezes. The instruction booklet is not clear regarding installation and troubleshooting. We could not get through on the customer service hotline and could not submit an email to the customer service email address. We will be returning this camera. We had to rate it with one star just to submit our review but the product doesn’t merit it. Disappointing.

The shipment took longer than usual. I'm disappointed to find out that there is no auto tracking for this device. Well, I've been trying to find out but the the interphase in not very intuitive. Instruction is not detailed enough. I'm having a hard time finding how to play back from the SD card.

Update. I figured out how to play back from the SD card. When in live mode, just click on the Cloud/SD icon and you will see a drop down list of all the recordings for the current day.

The solar panel stopped working after 8 months. At first, I thought the solar panel just needed some cleaning from the dust, however after doing that a few times, it still doesn't work like it used to when it was new. Now I'm wondering if I can just plug it in to an outlet.

As most cameras the housing is plastic but is well built and has good rubber seals for the power switch and solar connection. The quality of the camera pictures and video is excellent. You can move the camera in any direction and even zoom in/out. The night vision and the audio conversations with anyone on site where the camera is has no issues. We have the Big Brother to this camera that runs on cellular service and there is NO difference on quality or performance between the two. Multiple pictures show day pictures with the camera. One is looking at a blue home which is about 1/4 mile away. there is a picture at night at the end. During the winter with snow the batteries held well with limited daylight. Excellent product.

Installata a ottobre 2023: Questa recensione è di giugno 2024 in quanto ho voluto attendere un pò per verificare bene il funzionamento. All'inizio alcuni problemi con l'installazione, il QR code per l'auto installazione porta ad una App diversa da quella prevista, quindi è bene proseguire manualmente. Non tutte le informazioni della App sono ben chiare perchè sono tradotte dal cinese e a volte si deve interpretare cosa intendono. Ho avuto bisogno di informazioni un paio di volte e ho chiesto aiuto tramite l'area dedicata nella App. La risposta è stata data entro le 24 ore. Alcuni problemi con la ricarica della batteria a dicembre in quanto era molto buio per giorni e quindi ho dovuto collegarla alla rete elettrica, ma è successo solo una volta. Per il resto il pannello di ricarica va alla grande. Mi sembra un buon acquisto.

Up until recently the camera was working great. Then all of a sudden stopped working which was disappointing but the real positive to come from this was the absolutely superb customer service we received. Notably by someone named Kiki. It was clear that their priority was the customer. After watching a few videos and running a few tests they swiftly agreed that the unit had malfunctioned. After that they couldn't have been more responsive with regards to ensuring another unit was set out to us as swiftly as possible. We did not need to return the broken camera and the replacement landed the very next day.

So long as the issue with the camera was an irregular fault as they have suggested, then I can also say that the camera itself is excellent. Clear Picture. Motion detection works well. The solar panel has really surprised me and maintained the battery at 100% all through winter according to the camera reading. The app and storage cloud are also OK. Have a few bugs but again, customer services are ken to help. There is a time delay when contacting so responses aren't immediate unless our timezones working hours match, so early morning for UK but they are very reliable at responding and to date, have always seemed keen to help. Will definitely be getting more of these cameras. Highly recommended.
