I have four Wyze cameras, and I can attest that they are good and reliable. This is my second one of the same model, which I'm using for my driveway, and this new one will be installed at my side gate. In addition to these two, I also have a doorbell camera and a 360-degree camera for my backyard. One of the best things about Wyze cameras is that you don't need a subscription to use them. However, if you're serious about your privacy and security, I would recommend considering a subscription for a low daily fee (such as 33 cents a day) to unlock additional features and benefits.
By the way, you can wire your doorbell using a 24V 500mA AC-Wire Adapter, so you won't have to use the batteries from this type of camera. The other ones use A/C power.
Now if you're installing the cameras far away from your router. You may also want to consider using a WiFi extender to get more coverage or a better signal on each camera.
