A：No, this sound bar is DC adapter powered, not battery powered.

Q：Can I use it with my headphones?

A：No, it is not compatible with headphones.

Q：How do I use TV remote to control the soundbar?

A：The IR code of the remote control is not compatible with universal remotes and TV remotes.

Q：It dose not work or no sound.

Use Tips:

1, For Optical (SPDIF) connection, please change your TV audio output to optical or external speaker, change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.

2, Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.

3, The USB interface of the sound bar is only suitable for playing audio from the U disk and updating the firmware, cannot supply power to the sound bar. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.

Terrific price on a great little sound bar. Big improvement over the TV speakers. Clear sound and easy to pair with my TV. Setting up was super simple. Plug in the power cord, run the included optical cord from the sound bar to the TV and that was it. Completely turned off TV speakers. Highly recommend.

I don't give many 5 star review's, but overall this purchase deserves one.

First, let me say that the sellers customer service was exceptional!!!
I will keep them on my list for any future purchases for sure.

Just for informational purposes and not a product issue per say; I did have a problem after first hooking everything up using the RCA cable provided. There was a noticeable HUM sound that seemed like feedback or bad shielding. Very annoying for sure. I don't believe it was from the Sound Bar system, however, I just think there was an issue from my old TV audio out. Unfortunately, I didn't have my old sound system available to test, so I emailed them about using the Coaxial Digital PCM option.

They responded the same day and it was worth the $7 for the cable on Amazon. Once I removed the RCA and hooked up the Digital audio everything was perfect. No hum, buzzing or any weird background sound.

Now, being a bit of a sound/music/movie "nut" that used to have 7.1 surround sound before I moved...I wasn't expecting too much from this. I will say, for me it is a bit "bright" overall even with the subwoofer, but it has a nice clear sound. If your looking for an affordable option and have limited space to expand the sound of your normal TV experience, this is for you. It is a nice enhancement and though it obviously won't replace a surround sound system, it does a very nice job for the money.

I'd buy it again! Enjoy.
