1. The wireless charger doesn’t work, it won’t charge my phone?

A: Please remove the metal phone case and try again with another phone (Note: Fast charge needs via the plug and USB charging cable that both supports QC2.0 or QC3.0, that means if your adapter and charging cable don't support fast charge, then this wireless charger only charge your phone wirelessly

2. Can I charge my phone with a phone case on?

A: The wireless charge charges through phone cases that are no thicker than 5 mm(0.20 in). However, items such as magnetic/metal attachments/keys, or credit cards will interfere with charging. Charging speeds may also be reduced while charging with a phone case.

3. Charging is not as fast as I expected, it is slow?

Please try again with another QC2.0/ 3.0 adapter and another charging cable that supports fast charging. If your phone is a galaxy phone, please make sure you have enabled the function of wireless fast charging

A really good price for 2 chargers. They work as advertised, however they do not come with a charge block. At first I thought they didn't work through my phone case but it turns out the Apple charger is low wattage and using a more powerful charge block solves the problem.

I wanted a wireless charger for my Note 8 and this product advertised itself as Note 8 friendly. It looked like a good price for a two pack with cables (power packs separate) so I bought them.

Do they work? Yes! But, here's my gripe: They do charge quickly, that I like, they charge through my case, that I like, and wireless spares wear and tear on my charging port, that I also like... What I DON'T like is that most times when I stand my phone on either charger it pauses charging after 10secs or so and I have a hell of a time getting my phone positioned **just right** for it to start charging. Only a third of the time when I stand it on the charger does it work flawlessly, otherwise I'm repeatedly taking it off and setting it back on just millimetres in one direction or the other until it takes properly... That's annoying! The best charging position appears to be horizontal which works the first time almost all the time.

I'd give 5/5 if that positioning nuisance didn't keep occurring, but beyond that the chargers do look good, the indicator light is great, they charge my phone fast, they spare it wear and tear, and they're economical. Yes, I'd recommend buying them, you may just have to fuss around a bit if you have a larger phone(?). Anyway, I do like them overall so thanks and cheers!
