The Bluetooth range or the sound quality is not good.

Bluetooth signal can be blocked by surrounding objects thus affecting the audio quality. Keep away from other Bluetooth devices, microwaves, and wireless routers. and other electronics.

Are these ear buds suitable for use in water, such as when swimming?

The A10 wireless earbuds are designed to be sweat-proof, making them ideal for sports activities. However, we do not recommended to use them underwater as this may affect their performance and longevity.

Why the case can't charge the earbuds or do the earbuds not power off after being put back in the case?

If the case has no power, then the above issues happen, Please charger for the case, and it will turn normal. If the earbuds come with charging insulation stickers on the metal contacts, please make sure you remove them before charging.

Battery life is impressive, providing upwards of 7 hours of playback time on the first full charge, the charging case provides multiple additional charges, and the Bluetooth earbuds come with a smart LED display that visually shows the power level. Connectivity is also reliable, providing an uninterrupted call and music experience.
