What is the Wi-Fi password for the Wireless Android Auto Adapter ?

We need to connect the bluetooth, not Wi-Fi. After Bluetooth matching is successful, WiFi will automatically connect.So no need Wi-Fi password. Make sure your Wi-Fi is turned on and unoccupied when pairing.

The indicator light of the adapter is still on after the car is turned off.

I needed a second AA dongle as I gifted that one I have to a friend. I've been using AA dongles for over a year and can't imagine using a wired connection again!This dongle is as fast as other dongles on the market, so don't waste your money on more expensive dongles unless you want features like dual support of AA and Apple Carplay.It boots and connects seamlessly within 15-20 seconds from the time the car started.I believe that most AA dongles on the market are fast enough to the extent that speed is mostly affected by the boot time of the car entertainment system and not the AA dongles.So when this goes on sale, and you don't want Carplay support, buy it without a blink of an eye !

Wow! I was very surprised at how easy it was to set up, the process is pretty automated.

I've been using it for a couple weeks, and my phone instantly starts android auto before I even get the engine on. I have had one instance where the device didn't connect and I needed to reseat it, but I don't fault the product for that.

If you're like me and are spending hundreds of dollars a year on new cables to avoid random disconnects while driving, this is a MUST HAVE.

The phone should only connect when you are around/close to or in the vehicle. It's quite annoying when it keeps connecting when you are in your home. Need to manually disconnect turning off Bluetooth. And you cannot play on any other Bluetooth device. At times it do not connect when in the vehicle despite of Bluetooth and wifi is on. Can't figure out how to fix this.

This is a simple adapter that everyone probably has a use for. I needed to be able to use a newer powerbank on an older device. The powerbank was made for usb c devices so the easiest solution was to get a permanent adapter for the device I needed to power. This saved me quite a bit of money.
