I now use it once a day, and when I use it, my teeth don't feel anything, and there is no soreness or pain. It is very convenient to operate, only ten minutes at a time. It is very small, the whole machine is waterproof, can be washed with water, clean up is also very convenient. Anyway, I'm pretty happy with this teeth whitener.
