I bought 2 kits (2 different order) and get only 1 of the 2 wedges on each kit (it's supposed to be a 2-piece kit). Amazon tells me to return it but the problem was not resolved.I contacted the Ring support and after a short call with Jess. they ship to me 2 kits for free after my explanation. Thanks for the resolution!

I use this to angle my doorbell down and to house some electronics. I live where the temp drops to -40 so I have a thermostatically controller ceramic heater in this wedge. Work perfectly.

I would have given 5 stars except this came to over 30 dollars with shipping. There is nothing proprietary about it. It can probably be made at the source for 35 cents. Save your money if you have a woodworking shop, cut a wedge at 5 to 15 degrees, sand it, paint it and Bob's your uncle. I gave it 4 stars because it does what it's advertised to do. Any other high end product would have included the accessory....this simply left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never purchase another RING product nor endorse it.

Based on Amazon's recomandations I ordered the wedge kit, however it is too small. This is my second attempt to purchase a Ring camera, it seems difficult to get all the right parts to have it installed.

I received 2 identical ones and always wanted to return them. But they though did not angled the doorbell but having them double up give the camera a better view.

This was a complete wasteof money and landed in tjhe rubbish bin
