Consult a physician to determine if you would benefit from additional vitamin D before taking this product. Do not use this product if you have hypercalcemia and/or hypercalciuria. Stop use and consult a physician if weakness, fatigue, drowsiness, headache, lack of appetite, dry mouth, metallic taste, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, ringing in the ears, lack of coordination and muscle weakness (which are early symptoms of hypercalcemia) occur, or if you experience any other side effects. Keep out of reach of children.

Directions

Not a big berries person but I tried the 1000iu of the strawberry, mango flavor one and it was just to sweet for my liking. So I decided to give the berries a try. And to my surprise it's actually pretty good. It's definitely not as sweet and not at tarty as the other flavor. And for a bonus it's 2500iu. So you get more for your bucks. As I have to take 2000ius a day.
