After years of being resigned to the usual matinal back and joint stiffness, I started to take one of these Webber 3050 mg pills every day, and waited to see what would happen... it took a while, but then about two months in, I noticed that I could get out of bed without grunting, could walk with the gait of a living thing instead of a stiff robot, and that putting on my socks was no longer an Olympic event! Then I realised that the joint pain in my fingers was practically non-existent and my knuckles were no longer swollen! One morning when I was bending down to tie my shoelaces, I suddenly realised what was different... I was pain-free!!! For the first time in as long as I can remember, I felt light and flexible and so very, very happy. All of that from one 3050 mg serving of turmeric per day!! Truly remarkable!!
Then when the bottle was getting empty, I bought some Jamieson turmeric figuring that it was all the same, right? Wrong! Almost immediately, the stiffness and pain came back. My knuckles became swollen and red. At first, I thought maybe the miracle effects were over and that I would have to double the dose (which made me feel strangely nauseous) or just resign myself to getting creakier. After a couple of weeks, on a hunch (and slightly out of desperation), I ordered some more Webber turmeric, same dose as before. As soon as they arrived, I took one... that was yesterday, and today I already feel MUCH better. No joint swelling, very little back stiffness! It's Webber turmeric that makes the difference for me and I hope it works as well for you!!
Note: I tried to work out why a supplement from a specific company works so much better for me than another. Webber and Jamieson are both class acts in terms of quality. The only differences I can see from the labels is that a) Webber has more Turmeric powder than Jamieson (550 mg vs 500 mg) which translates as an extract of Turmeric of 3050 mg vs 2500 mg and b) Webber uses vegetarian/vegan capsules whereas Jamieson only states that theirs are suitable for vegetarians. Personally, I wouldn't be surprised if Webber uses some sort of magic fairy dust! I hope they never change their formula!!
