I have repurchased this item a few times now, and can say that it has made a difference in the health of my nails. Before, I had decent nails but they were susceptible to break upon reaching a certain length. They would also feel drier and more fragile/pliable in the winter months. Supplementing with biotin, especially in drier seasons has helped strengthen my nails to the point that they can now grow long naturally with much less risk of breakage. (You still have to be delicate with long nails, but they are pretty thick and strong!) I paint my own nails, and they look so good to be true, that people think they are fake nails from a salon!

I have heard that Biotin can cause side effects (skin, acne...) but I personally did not experience any. I love the value of this extra strength product for a great price.

I took these six months ago for a month and just ordered another bottle. Sysrting today. They really work great. Helps strengthen hair and fingernails ( for me ).It literally says on the bottle to consult doctor for use over 4 weeks. I did and both my gp and my chiro said to not take them for long periods of time . To take it for a month several times a year. So, thats what I do. They're terrific.

I appreciate the extra strength of this biotin product. They are definitely effective for maintaining healthy hair, skin and nails. I've no issues taking this product other than its capsule size. Webber Naturals brand capsules are 20.9 mm and it's the largest size of any biotin product I've ever taken.
Along with age, the more medication and supplements required, and/or the more difficulty one has with swallowing, the more important product size becomes.
The price is fair, however, I will choose another brand and even take half the dosage twice, instead of once, a day, from hereon in.
I've no significant regrets purchasing this product, though ..... life's full of learning curves.
