I bought these for my husband, who has difficulty sleeping after the first hours each night.While he has been taking the recommended dose of 1 pill 💊 each evening (60 pills in each bottle) for the past 2 weeks, he has not noticed change...he will continue to take them and see if a few more weeks helps.He reports that they are easy to swallow; and with no notable aftertaste.Now, he does have a stressful job, and they may be helping with his work-related stress, but he is by all accounts a calm person who knows how to turn off the switch when the workday is done, so hard to say if this is an advantage of this ashwagandha.All in all, I would rather him try natural supplements before seeking medical aides.

This Ashwaghanda is a quality supplement. I have not encountered any concerns with this Webbers Natural product. I take it daily to help calm feeling anxious. It’s helpful in the morning to help bring a sense of calm at the start of the day, as well as at night to help calming down for sleep.
