• 3. If the above reasons are ruled out, and the error of the exercise pedometer is more than 5% or the error of the daily life pedometer is more than 10%, then it may be the fault of the acceleration sensor.
• 4.Please note if the body frequently moves during sleep (such as sleep turning or frequently getting up and going back to bed), it is possible to generate step data.

Q7:What if the watch screen doesn't light up?

1. Enter power saving mode: the watch may be in power saving mode, resulting in the screen not lighting up. You can try charging the watch for a while and then try turning on the screen again.

2. Screen brightness setting: Check the brightness setting of your watch to make sure if it is set too low, resulting in the screen not lighting up.

3. Software problem: Try restarting the watch to clear any possible software glitches. Press and hold the power button and select restart, wait for the watch to restart and check if the screen lights up.
