For a complete set with charger and battery at a low price I had my doubts. Out of the box all you have to do is charge the battery, insert battery into trimmer once it's fully charged, and go at it. I have a large hedge and various bushes that takes me about 1.5 hours to trim. When I first turned it on I thought oh no, this sounds weak. It's light and doesn't sound powerful. Well it went through everything I threw at it and it kept going for about an hour and a half until I was done all my trimmings. Not sure how much longer it will go on one charge, but it goes long enough to get my yard done and then some. Wiped it down and sprayed some oil on the blade and hung it up until next time. Great little trimmer and well worth the money.

I purchased this product and loved it the first time I used it. Went to use it a second time and the trimmer doesn’t cut. When it does it’s only for 5-10 second then I have to stop and start multiply times before it will cut again. I am not cutting branches I am cutting through a small hedge.

I have emailed the company about my issue but have received no reply to my problem or offer of replacement.
