How to Use:
1. Log in website：http://pickpiff123.com to fill in some information as soon as possible when you receive the sim card(at least 3 days in advance). Once the arrival date changes, please RE-FILL at least 3 days before;
2. After arriving the destination, insert the SIM card into slot 1 (inserting into slot 2 maybe incompetible).
3. Input PIN code (attached on the card) and open mobile data and data roaming. After completing these operations, you can enjoy high-speed Internet.

Important Notes:
1. Please must keep your PIN code carefully! PIN CODE(4 number on the cardboard) is important when you use the sim card first time and restart your phone every time.
2. Only inserting the card in signal coverage to avoid incurring deductions. If deductions happened, the sim card can not be used any more.

USELESS! 'Bought this for France and though it says 'Europe' all over it. It is manufactured in China and there's NO support available. There's an expectation to register online ahead of use, then follow a long set of instructions to sign-in, change your phone settings, add a code, reset your phone, etc.,...It was impossible to activate it. I had a few people try to help. I had to go out and purchase a sim: drop it in and go. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

I ordered two of these SIM cards for a recent trip to Spain. One of them worked immediately with my Google Pixel 7a phone. I just inserted the SIM card, restarted the phone, entered the PIN and I was good to go. With my partner's Motorola Edge 2022 phone, however, the SIM card's mobile data wasn't working and I had to email the seller who responded quickly with reset instructions for the cellphone's Access Point Name (APN). Once I reset the APN, the mobile data started working.

I also want to note that the Spanish phone numbers attached to the SIM cards won't show up in the cellphone settings but the seller also provided the phone numbers when I asked for the information. Overall, a good buy and we saved a few hundred dollars by not using our mobile carrier's roaming plan for the duration of our stay in Spain.

This sim card was a waste of money. I bought this for a trip to Portugal I figured that would be easier than waiting in line at the airport. I activated the card before the trip followed all instructions it does not work. It connects to the network but there is no internet available. I purchased a real Vodaphone SIM here and waited inline for 30 minutes but it did work right away. Since it has been a month after the purchase no refund for me I wasted my money. Do not buy this a bad complicated SIM card that you have to activate in advance and it doesn't work in the end.

The initial install was a bit tricky. You have to be super careful and wait till your in your euro country. After a hit and miss on my initial install it finally worked and it worked well. Had no real issue with connections. I used very little data so it was good for me.

No issues with setting up or activating. That process was simple. The data worked well and was fast when it was on. However, there were two times each for both my husband and I where the service went down for a period of approximately four hours. And only on one of the phones so it was not a service area issue. It also happened to be at times where I needed access to the bus ticketing app to get somewhere or Uber app to head to the airport. Luckily, because my husbands was working, I could hotspot off his data. But I was not impressed with this and it could have left us stranded if we didn’t have the two SIMS as public wifi is very uncommon where we went.

I previously purchased SIM cards from this vendor for a trip to Europe, and they worked perfectly. However, I couldn't find the same plan this time, so I bought more expensive SIM cards that did not work in either my phone or my husband's. Without internet at the airport, I had to buy a local SIM card to use Google Maps to find our hotel. The vendor responded to my email too late, but I still tried to use the SIM in my husband's phone. I followed all the provided instructions and sent screenshots to the vendor. The SIM card only worked with roaming on. When I inquired, the vendor said there were no issues with the SIM and that I had followed the instructions correctly. My husband, wary of high charges, used his phone sparingly, only replying to WhatsApp messages occasionally. Despite this, he received a $100 bill from his carrier. It's better to buy SIM cards at the airport.

I also found some answers from the reviews. Overall it's a great buy, saved me hundreds of dollars.

The card certainly worked like a charm while i was travelling. the problems have arisen upon my return to canada. It turns out the card changes the configuration of the iphone in some way that makes it impossible to access cellular data on the fido network. I am now into a solid 6 hrs of tech support, and most recently a full back-up and restore...turns out when you do the backup, it saves the configuration that is corrupting the operation of the phone so when i restore, it restores the problem at the same time. I purchased the same card for my wifes phone and she has the exact same problem. I am actually hoping somebody has had the same problem and solved it and if so i would very much like to know the solution. not happy at all i don't have time for this
