I’ve been taking this now for about 6 months every morning in my coffee. I am in my late 40’s and workout every day. This has helped my hair, nails, skin and joints noticeably. My 9th purchase and I’ve tried other collagen powders but always end up coming back to this brand. I also give some daily to my senior 12 year old Pomeranian that has arthritis and hip issues. It’s been working out great for his fur, skin and nails. It’s nice that it can be both consumed by myself and my dog. It doesn’t have a nasty after taste and the powder is so fine it dissolves very good in any liquid hot or cold.

One of my main concerns is joint health and wrinkles (I'm 35 now). I've noticed a slight softening of my under eye wrinkles but it's very early and I've only finished my first tub. I think a 6-12 month period will tell a more interesting story. Hopefully. My right knee tends to get very sore and grindy so I'm hoping to see more change there but so far not much has changed. I am exercising daily now so we'll see.

Where I have seen a big change oddly is hair growth. My eyelashes well... I actually have them now LOL. My upper lashes are thicker and a bit longer and for the first time ever I've noticed my lower lashes. While washing my face I did a double take like "WTH are those? Lower lashes?!?!" My scalp hair is thicker and has grown quite a bit as well. Very interesting! Collagen is now a must have for me and I'll be getting some for my Mother as well.

Edit: As of 03/04 I'm a few days into a second bottle (purchased elsewhere because of a sale lol) and I'm noticing my under eye wrinkles look softer. My skincare routine has not changed so it's safe to say this has made a difference. Really surprised and happy!
