Im not a fan of chocolate/any other taste than vanilla, I feel with vanilla you're 99% sure it’ll taste good.

Im always running every where (Nurse life !) and I take medication for my ADHD, this really helps me stay healthy even with the medication making me not hungry !

I put a picture of my Disney coffee mug that is pretty huge for you guys to have a visual of how big the shake package is.
It’s always 3/4 full, not like those chips bag that are mostly air lol !

I recommend 120% !

seems very good quality to me, helpful to my energy. If in a fruit smoothy kind of just like adding greens to it, but I can even have on its own with a bit of milk and sweetner of my chosen types and amounts and it doesnt take much to bring out the natural slight sweetness in the product and really helped remove the bitter aftertaste it has if you take it totally just as is.

doesnt have that extremely bittersweet or fake taste of the stevia protein powders or other sugar replacements, but you can add your own sweetener if you want or just with fruit was enough for me!

I like that the container is actually very full and not half empty!

Vega one powders are made of food. And only food. Look at the ingredients list. Aside from a few missing vitamins like potassium, this stuff gives you everything you need to bit your daily nutrients and still keep your calorie count down... But let's start with what I personally dislike:

1) it's non GMO and vegan. I personally believe GMOs are the way of the future and are wrongfully demonized by the organic foods industry. If there was a GMO, non vegan product that met all my nutritional needs and still hit this price point, I'd be using that instead. But there isn't, so here I am.
2) tastes like flavoured chalk. That's a small sacrifice to pay for what you're getting. I mix it into frozen fruit, problem solved

Now on to the good stuff:
1) there isn't another meal supplement I've found, at this price point, that uses nothing but real food. All the others are either overloaded with preservatives and processed materials, or 3x the cost
2) there's more than just chocolate and vanilla for flavours. While I stand by my earlier chalk comment, in the supplement world, you get real sick of chocolate chalk all the time. It's nice to have variety
3) it blends fantastic. Doesn't froth like many others. Best advice though, never use a shaker bottle, pick up a portable blender. It doesn't play well with shaker bottles. Besides, a blender let's you cut in fruits

Hate to love this product, hate that these guys have done such a fantastic job at making an amazing supplement 😂

I tried stevia several years ago, once, and my heart raced so I never went back. Since I have an extreme sugar addiction I’m trying to find an alternative that I can decrease over time and cut out sweetener altogether. I’ve done lots of research for alternative sweeteners and stevia and monk fruit keep coming out on top as the “safe” substitutes so since I couldn’t find a healthy protein powder without all kinds of crap in them I bought Vega chocolate with stevia.. I was hesitant because the stevia shows up halfway through the ingredients list which means there was more than what I had hoped for but thought I’d take a shot.

They could have used half of what they added for stevia, or maybe less. It’s so sweet it’s hard to tolerate so I added a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder that I normally use for cooking. I could have added 2 tablespoons because it was still too sweet.

The taste isn’t bad. I can’t taste that cardboard flavour that I’ve noticed in other protein powders so that’s a plus.

I still did notice the feeling of a racing heartbeat from the stevia, and there is an odd (artificial sweetener) taste to it but I’m going to try it a few more times to see if it’s just my body getting used to it because I know my body is addicted and used to the regular processed crappy sugar that we all grew up with.

I rated it 4 out of 5 because it doesn’t taste like protein powder :)

I don't know how many stars to give it. It gave me a boost of energy when I was taking it, it was strange I did feel that even from the first time taking it.

I bought the chocolate, it tastes terrible. But near the end of the jar I had gotten used to the taste. And it doesn't dissolve easily as well, it needs a lot of shaking and effort.

So if you don't mind the Terrible taste you can go for it. I won't be buying it again especially that I am not vegan and there are some other non vegan options out there for me to choose from.

This brand is great at producing a product that’s not grainy or overly sifted. I love that I can have a serving and get my greens in without tasting them or looking like it’s got the green healthy taste. It just tastes like chocolate and easily mixes well with mix or water and addiction ingredients like peanut butter, bananas, and chia seeds. It’s similar in price by about a $10 difference give or take from in grocery stores (typically it is more economical to purchase on Amazon). It lasts a long time. My only wish is that the scoop wasn’t always buried in the middle and was easier to find.

A is for ALMOND, which is part of the new Coconut Almond flavor. This is my favorite for an evening snack, because I sleep better if I avoid all sources of chocolate (a mild stimulant) in the evening.

B is for BERRY. The Mixed Berry flavor is also a good choice for an evening snack, though it took me a little while to get used to its greenish color that comes from the broccoli, kale, spirulina, etc. I like that it only has 3 net grams of net carbohydrate (net carbohydrate is the total grams of carbohydrate minus the total grams of fiber), because recent research suggests that the timing of carbohydrate intake is a factor in whether it is used for energy or stored as fat. Evening carbs are more likely to be stored as fat, so I keep my carb intake low in the evening. The Mixed Berry flavor is also a good base for a banana-strawberry breakfast smoothie.

C is for CHOCOLATE. This flavor is my personal favorite. This is my favorite breakfast smoothie ingredient. But if I am in a huge hurry, I just throw a scoop in a water-filled shaker and run out the door. It will get me through the morning either way. C is also for CONVENIENCE (see the sentence above about huge hurry) and for CAMPING. I often repackage some and throw it in my backpack to be mixed up fresh in the CAMP or on the trail. .

D is for DAIRY-FREE. Dairy allergy and lactose intolerance are two different but common food sensitivities. I have had to deal with both.

E is for ECONOMICAL. Although at first glance this stuff is pretty expensive, it has a lot of supplements built into it and it saves a lot of money over buying separate protein powder, vitamin, mineral, antioxidant, probiotic, fiber, spirulina, and omega-3 supplements. Amazon's price is cheaper than I would have to pay in our local stores, plus through Subscribe and Save, I get an additional discount on the price. E is also for EGG-FREE. Egg is another of the "top ten" allergens. Again, it is one of the protein foods I have to avoid because of a life-long allergy.

F is for FRENCH Vanilla. This is another flavor that is good as a smoothie ingredient. I also sometimes use it as a milk substitute for cold cereal. It is very, very sweet. Be warned: this flavor is also green from the veggies it contains. F is also for FOOD-based ingredients. All the flavors seem to have only food-based ingredients. with no synthetic vitamins or other synthetic substances added.

G is for GMO-free. Nobody knows the long-term effects of genetically modified foods because genetically modified foods have not been around long-term. I don't want to be a guinea pig in this unprecedented experiment. G is also for GLUTEN-free. Gluten is a health issue for many people, some of whom don't even realize that a sensitivity to this group of proteins is a factor in their less-than-optimal health. I happen to have a known sensitivity, so I am very glad this product is gluten-free.

H is for HEALTHY. It contains a balance of superfoods and plain, old-fashioned "eat you vegetables, they're good for you" types like spinach and broccoli.

I is for INCREDIBLY complete. One level scoop provides 20 grams of protein, 50 percent or more of the Daily Value of most known vitamins, significant amounts of magnesium, potassium, and phosphorus, and other beneficial ingredients like probiotics, fiber, and antioxidants. And it has dehydrated greens and fruits that are packed with nutrition. I is also for ICE. Some people feel that ice or frozen fruit makes it taste better, but I find it tolerable without ice.

J is for JUICE. I sometimes use a mix of fruit juice and water as the liquid for my morning Nutritional Shake or smoothie. Organic mulberry juice is my favorite to mix with either the Chocolate, Mixed Berry or French Vanilla Flavors.

K is for "K", the symbol for the mineral potassium. One scoop gives you six to ten percent of the Daily Value of potassium. As a reference, a medium banana give you nine percent of the Daily Value.

L is for LOW-sodium. One percent of the Daily Value seems to be typical.

M is for MOCHA. I personally don't like anything with mocha flavor, but if you like mocha, you might like this. It is one of the newer flavors. M is also for MAGNESIUM, a mineral many people do not get enough of. Most flavors of Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shake provide ten percent of the Daily Value of Magnesium. The Chocolate flavor, though, provides twenty percent. I KNEW there had to be a good excuse to enjoy chocolate every day!

N is for NATURAL. I haven't tried this flavor yet, but some people report it is their favorite.

O is for ON-the go. When you need to get some serious nutrition into your body in a hurry, this is a quick way to do it. I usually keep some in my backpack so I always have a healthy alternative to junk food.

P is for PROTEIN. There are twenty grams of protein per scoop, so it is a decent protein supplement.

Q is for QUALITY. This product is of excellent quality.

R is for REAL food. All of the flavors of Vega All-in-One Nutritional Shake are made from real, plant-based ingredients.

S is for SMOOTHIE. If you don't lake it straight, use it as a smoothie ingredient and give your smoothies a big nutritional boost. S is also for STEVIA, the sweetener used in the Vega One All-in-One Nutritional Shakes. These shakes are very, very sweet with a definite stevia aftertaste. I would have preferred less stevia, but I much prefer stevia to sugar as a sweetener.

T is for TASTE. If you would like to taste the Chocolate, French Vanilla, and Mixed Berry flavors before committing to buying a big tub, you can buy the Vega One Nutritional Shake and Bar Variety Pack, 4 Count .

U is for ULTIMATELY. Ultimately, this is the best overall supplement I have encountered thus far.

V is for VANILLA Chai. This is another popular flavor. If chai is your cup of tea, you might prefer this flavor.

W is for WTSHTF. If you are a prepper, you will want to have some lightweight, nutrient-dense food you don't have to cook to keep in your bug-out bag. This is a good option. Just rotate your stock and keep track of the expiration dates printed on the packaging.

X is for XYLITOL-free. If sugar alcohols upset your digestion, you will be very glad of this.

Y is for YUMMY smoothies, a quick meal solution.

Z is for ZERO synthetics and fillers.

I love this product so much that I am starting to believe it is addictive. The natural flavor is the best because it is not very sweet and has a little vanilla flavor. I like it mixed in ice water or with half OJ half ice water. I drink it when I am hungry and don't know what I want. I drink it when I need to eat something to get through a workout but am not very hungry. Last night I drank it before a soccer game and scored 4 goals. I don't know what they put in this stuff, but my body performs so well when I drink it, that it has become a staple in my game or workout prep. I love it so much that I want to work for the company that makes it. This is good stuff. BTW...don't make it and wait to drink it, it will turn into a thick gel that I have trouble swallowing. I am a researcher and I do a lot of searches, read reviews and ask lots of questions before I buy a new product. Someone recommended 21day fix to me as a workout program and shakeology along with it. I didn't mind spending the money on the workouts but couldn't stomach paying the money for the shakes every month so I went looking for an alternative. I found this and Garden of Life's Raw Meal as the closest to shakeology's ingredients. My local health food store carried Vega one in individual servings so I bought one of each flavor (chocolate and French vanilla) to try them out. I blended my first shake with the vanilla, OJ, a frozen banana, 5 frozen strawberries, water and ice. My second was the chocolate, milk (I'm not vegan), banana, natural pb, water and ice. Both flavors are really pretty good. Now that being said, you can not go looking for a healthy meal replacement shake with all the nutrients, oxidants and protein this one has and expect it to taste like a milkshake from McDonald's. It just doesn't. But it also doesn't taste awful by any means. The texture is just fine especially when you use frozen fruit and ice, and I don't even have a fancy blender. It does have a slight chalky mouth feel (think after chewing a tums) but the more I drink the shakes, the less I notice it. A lot of people have mentioned sensitivities to the stevia in it. I don't taste it and it doesn't do anything adverse to my stomach either so I can't complain about that. I don't have super hero energy after drinking it, but I do feel full for a good 3-3.5 hours after and it has helped me become more regular. I like that I'm getting a lot of super foods and nutrients in my diet that I wouldn't normally get. I've been drinking the shakes for about a week now and would really recommend them.

Updated: I've been using these shakes for about a month and I still really like my results. I prefer the chocolate flavor over the vanilla, although the chocolate seems to make me burp up an aftertaste for a half hour afterwards... Still worth the health benefits.
I've purchased natural flavored estracts (check out bakto flavors) to change up the flavores of the vanilla shakes and natural unsweetened peanut butter powder to add to my chocolate shakes. Some days I crave a second shake for dinner!
