I was doubting and checking too many videos just to find it is just the best guitar you can get at this price point or even double the price point. The Allen key will have to be used to loosen up a little, but even without it it already is great, it comes already on low action which is amazing as there's no strain on having to push down more than needed as with other guitars. Such a wicked deal for an electric acoustic, tuner strings strap etc for the price. The only issue I had was the fret dividers were extremely sharp on both ends of every fret, probably from the wood shrinking since it’s build, but running my hands done the neck twice and it cut my fingers!! I’ve heard of this happening to other reviews before on many other random guitars, but never experienced it myself. It was an easy remedy though, as I grabbed a precision file I had in my toolbox and took about 10 mins to just slowly file off those sharp ends of every fret, and it has been flawless ever since. Have been playing it regularly and it sounds and plays perfectly. All in all I am extremely happy with the finish, minus the filing job I had to perform on those frets. Flat black really looks attractive on this unit, I wasn’t sure about it until I saw it for real that it looks really nice. I’d buy from this brand again for sure.

The quality of this guitar surprised me the tone was excellent and the shipping was quick.
It came with everything that a person needs, the only issue for me was the clip on tuner it couldn't make up it's mind if it was E or B but I have another one that took it's place.

It’s a beautiful guitar. The craftsmanship is unbelievable. It plays great music with or without the amp. Minor issues we noticed: sharp fret bars on the edge, included cable doesn’t stay plugged in, strings are not the best, quality wise. Overall this a bang for your buck.

I bought this guitar because my more expensive guitars need to stay in their cases due to humidity issues I have had in the past. I bought this as a beater I could leave hanging on the wall and didn't need to baby. It does the trick. Plays great, amazing tone, Yes the paint job is imperfect from the start but it was $100. I always play more if there is a guitar readily available and this guitar does the trick and I actually like playing it. It is the nicest cheap guitar I have ever bought, in fact it is now my go to guitar. if in doubt, BUY IT!

With the included tuner and some tuning, this guitar was ready to play out of the box. What is included is everything you need to begin playing. The tone, sound, and volume is very impressive. The tuners are better than most guitars I've experienced. The fret board could use some edge filing for smoother action. They've included an Allen wrench to adjust string height, but it was not necessary on the guitar I received. Once the guitar was tuned, there was no buzzing. Before I purchased this, I searched pawn shops and private sellers for an inexpensive guitar and came up short. I'm very happy with this guitar kit. I use ultimate-guitar.com for music. Together with this guitar, you can teach yourself.

The Matte Black finish was excellent! I did sand down the bridge saddle to bring the action closer to the neck. The action is now excellent and when plugged in the tone is even and quite defined. This is an excellent quality guitar at a fantastic price point. The tuners were solid, very responsive and the electronics worked very well. I would buy this again and compared to the "Baby" that my church guitar player has, he now prefers this guitar due to it's unique sound, lighter weight and playability. Definitely a great buy and the accessories package was a pleasant surprise. Capo, picks, strap, cleaning cloth and a tuner which all work well. The tuner is accurate and I tested it against my Strob-O-Scope and it was dead on. If you're hesitant, I've been a musician for 40+ years and this is a good buy for a beginner or intermediate player that needs an all around guitar for playing.

Honestly, I bought this as a gift for a lefty player. I really love acoustic music but he didn't have a left handed acoustic. I took a big risk to buy this for him because I knew it being an unknown brand, he might reject it. He absolutely can't believe the quality of the guitar and the sound quality and how easy it is to play (said it has the best action of any acoustics he's played!). He told me his heart initially sank when I told him it was for him because he was afraid it was gonna be horrible but he absolutely couldn't believe how awesome it is. So this guitar is definitely worth the risk!
