Love this French Vanilla coffee however packages are often damaged and there is no way to contact Amazon in order to get a refund.
When the box is damaged the pods will explode in the Keurig machine.
Do not want to continue ordering if items can't be shipped in a more sturdy manner than a plastic bag, which gets crushed.
