The support pillow generally works as advertised. Follow the use instructions because if you use for too long of period time to start your back can get sore. I found it worked well for side sleeping but have not really used for back sleeping until build up some use time. However, it works really well under the knees. If you have sore knees or did a lot of walking putting this under your knees really works to make them feel good again.

Since I received this, I have slept with it every night plus during naps. I’ve used it either placed behind my lower back or my knees. It’s really been helping with my pain and discomfort as I sleep. I find my right hip area gets irritated during the day, so this helps support it by taking off the pressure.
The gel in the middle of the cover is a nice feature. It’s summertime so it feels nice.
It’s plenty wide enough as a side sleeper who has extra weight due to medical conditions.

Some things to note: the pillow is not washable nor is its cover. The only part you can wipe with a wet cloth is the gel part of the cover. If one sweats I would recommend getting an additional cover, maybe a size that would fit a rectangular outdoor pillow that’s waterproof.
