UPDATE: PURCHASED 3 SYSTEMS IN TOTAL FOR FAMILY MEMBERS.I love this phone. The only things I don't care for is the volume when on speaker is hard to hear and the volume while on the phone is not great.All the other features like getting people you don't know to say their name prior to ringing your number is great to keep out the robots and scam callersIt has so many features but comes with very little info on how to use them, you would have to go to Utube and check out each one to learn how to use it.UPDATE:TECH SUPPORT is good IF you can hold for it, but if you order from the website expect to wait 30 days for your order and you can not cancel or get a hold of anyone to help you with your order. Stick to buying anything from Vtech to buying it from Amazon. And when it was it was already being shipped so it was too late so now I have 2 as I needed it within 3 days as told it would be so had to order from another supplier. Honestly this phone is not worth the hassles I have already been through lord help me if anything goes wrong with the phone.OTHER head sets don't work as well with this system if at all, I tried 2 others and had to return them and order the Vtech and it wasn't my first choice as it isn't the greatest.
