  2. Charge power bank through the USB C port.

Please note: The power bank of product dimensions is 5.91*2.83*1.09 inches, and its weight is 0.81 lb. The length of the built-in cables is 4.7 inches. Also, This power bank doesn't support charging the laptop.

*The 20,000 mAh power bank has a larger capacity than 10,000mAh, so the size and weight of the product will be slightly larger and heavier than the 10,000 mAh power bank. If you are very concerned about the size and weight of the product, please consider this issue carefully before placing an order.

*If your case is more bulky, the built-in cables may be not fit it, and please consider carefully before placing an order.

Charging Note:

1.If your device doesn't support fast charging, the power bank won't fast charge your device.

2.If your device supports fast charging, the power bank will automatically recognize and fast charge your device when connected to the power bank.

3.When fast charging, this LED display will have the fast charging symbol.

How To Enter The Low Current Mode? In the power-on state, after connecting the low-current devices, long-press the power button for 2 seconds, the second digit on the LED display will rotate once every five seconds, which means the power bank enters the low current mode.

How To Exit The Low Current Mode? To exit the low current mode, press and hold the button for 2 seconds or double click the button to turn off the power to exit the low current mode.*PLEASE NOTE: Most devices such as Bluetooth headsets and watches need to be switched to low current mode to charge their devices when using this power bank. Otherwise, this power bank can't charge the low-current devices.

Please note the following factors that affect the battery life:

1. Frequent charging and discharging at the same time will affect the life of the battery and reduce its capacity of the battery.

2. It is not recommended that the rechargeable battery near a high temperature, will also affect the battery life.

3. Excessive charging current also shortens the battery life.

Amazing battery life
It’s around 15 cm x 7 cm. It is chunky to carry but it is worth it for it’s battery life. I always charge it by plugging to the wall overnight. My phone never charged faster! It charges my phone very fast and it doesn’t waste that much of its battery life. The only thing is when charging my IPad if I’m using it while it’s charging the battery stays the same. It charges it equally as fast as the iPad is draining its battery. Which I don’t really mind since it’s a lifesaver for when I’m at school and I need to keep it alive. It last me the whole day and I would be using if for my phone and iPad from 8:30am to 7pm. Overall it’s an amazing item and worth the price.

I have purchased two of these, one for me, one for a teenager. Mine I've had longer and still works fantastic. The one for the teenager she's had for 3 months and the built in wire for iPhone is no longer working. Follow the rule of not using your device while it's charging and this should be a great device for you.
The benefit is that there is a usb port so you can still plug in a seperate charging wire to continue to use the battery pack, but the built in wire is very convenient.
