I was impressed with how sturdy the unit was and it felt well made but the instructions were very thin and not clear at all. The biggest improvement they could make would be on the instructions.
It is a job for someone good with tools like a level, stud finder, and drill. it is a 3 person job to hang it so be prepared to ask for help. The back bracket on the TV was not perfectly aligned with the holes so it took a little coaxing to get them on. Also, it did not come centered on the bracket so make sure you correct it before you install it. I was most impressed with how easy it was to position once hung, very smooth motion, and to level.
