This heavy-duty mount secures your 37” to 70” flat screen right above the mantel, making viewing sessions cozier than ever. It elevates your screen to a position that is ergonomic, reducing neck, back, and eye strain. Electric height adjustment makes finding the ideal position as simple as pressing a button thanks to the smooth lift system and 101° pull angle! The mount can also be manually swiveled +25° to -25° for additional flexibility. The bracket supports up to 77 lbs and fits VESA patterns from 200x100mm to 600x400mm. All the necessary hardware and instructions are provided for assembly and installation, and we recommend both to be a two person job. So grab a friend to help, and let the movie days begin!

Installation Options After you’ve marked drilling locations above your mantel (we provide a chart comparing mantel extension and required mounting heights), drill holes 2.2” (55mm) deep using a 3/16” (4.5mm) drill bit for wood stud walls. For brick / concrete walls, drill holes 2.4” (60mm) deep using a 3/8” (10mm) drill bit.	VESA Brackets The VESA brackets attach to the back of your compatible TV using a combination of screws, washers, and spacers appropriate for your TV. All of this hardware is provided for you in the package contents. Helpful Hint: The bottom edge of the VESA brackets should be greater than 7.9” (200mm) above the bottom edge of the TV.	Remote Control Nothing like controlling your TV’s height from the couch! Press and hold the up and down buttons to raise and lower the TV, save a certain screen location to memory for quick adjustment (2 memory settings), and fully raise and retract the arm to the wall by pressing the OK button. Press any button to stop movement for safety.	Cable Management Don’t let messy cords get in the way of your TV watching experience! Cable management is provided via cable clips along the arm to keep everything looking clean and organized. You can raise, lower, and swivel your mount without worrying about the cords getting tangled and caught in the process.

This mount is well designed and very functional. I used it to mount a 65” tv above the fireplace. It came with all the necessary hardware for mounting. It came with a handy template to locate the mounting holes on the wall. The remote is simple, but easy to use. The only negatives are that when the tv is in the full up position, it is a bit far from the wall and the mounting footprint is a bit large.

This product was easy to install, with the caveat that I was affixing it to a very thick wooden plate that was already installed in the fireplace wall, so did not have to worry about studs etc. The electronics work well. It is extremely sturdy and came well packaged for protection. My only issue is that for my configuration, the TV could not be returned to full back resting position as it would hit the ceiling, and so the whole thing sticks out more than I like, but that is not the fault of the product. just where I was forced to install it. However when mounting, pay attention to the final resting place when measuring for TV positioning and make the wall plate attachment low enough to accomodate, if possible.

It was a little intimidating putting this up, but really shouldn’t have stressed. It was straight forward and easy. The template was a great help, but some of the instructions were a little vague. Overall I love this. One bonus surprise to me was that , if you angle the tv for viewing in its lowered position, it automatically straightens it back out when raising to store it in its home position.

I really like the mount. It’s got great up and down range and Is very sturdy. I opted to have it installed professionally since I have a 65” TV and the mount is very heavy. Now my TV extends out and down over the mantle so that we can see the screen almost at eye level. I had a small problem with the remote control and I’m very happy with their response. When I didn’t quite understand where to reset the pairing, I was sent a short video. Buying this mount was a good decision and I recommend it.

It was super easy to install and HONESTLY the previous comment where the guy couldn't get his mount straight was because of the installer NOT the MOUNT.

This mount is very STURDY I went through the craziest roads in my 40ft winnebego while the whole thing was shaking and dangling over my head through the mountains in BC and it barely wiggled.

No assembly required just make sure the installer is competent...

I want to buy more but I can't find any left in stock hopefully they will come back soon.

I mounted this unit upside down so that it would compensate for the low roof and I have included a video of the final product

Bough this given the unusually tight position my 70" Samsung TV needs to mount in above my fireplace (between the mantle and the ceiling). I was having issues with traditional static wall mounts perfectly positioning my TV. After several failed attempts I this motorized mount on Amazon and given the fact it moves the TV up and down while offering settings to tilt the TV both forward / back and side to side.
It is well built and a little heavy (sign of a solid design) I was able easily to mount this above my fireplace in about 20 mins by myself (though I would suggest a second person). When I plugged it in, it easily moves my TV and I think I got luck as my first mounting settings worked first time, no tweaking required. Initial impressions are 5 stars!

We were mounting our TV above our gas fireplace and were concerned about the neck cramp for how high it would be to have the required code clearance for the mantel above the fireplace. This is perfect to extend out past the mantel and then down to a normal viewing level to watch a movie. If we want the fire going, we'll just leave it up in its non-extended position. Easy to install, solidly built, and adds a cool "wow" factor for guests that come over. The motor is not fast, but is very quiet and honestly the speed is just fine and with the memory options you just have to click the button once to go down to your set position or back up. Just be aware the manual side angle ability does not angle very much.

We used this as an option for a smaller space. Mounts very securely recommend getting a new set of anchors as the ones that come with this are limited. Follow the instructions and it’ll be a piece of cake, but mounting is definitely a two-person job since it’s a little heavy. Takes about 30-secs to go all the way up/down, but like others have said, I’d rather wait than worrying about the TV flying off.

You can see the bottom of the mount if it’s mounted high, but you can easily paint the plastic cover the same color as the wall and it would blend right in.

Lastly, another review mentioned it doesn’t swivel that far left/right, which may be an issue if you have two couches, but for a single couch or sectional, it should be just fine! We’ve been able to swivel it perfectly every time!

It does come about 20” total off the wall when it’s fully extended, so if you have a narrow room, I’d recommend a slightly smaller TV (we bought ours after the mount and if it were any bigger, it would just be too close since our room is laid out awkwardly). Our couch is about 5.5-6 feet from the TV when it’s extended all the way down and we have a 65” TV. Any bigger would be way too close, so keep that in mind.

Otherwise, love this! I personally have 0 complaints. SO happy with this purchase!!!

One last thing, the mount came with every bolt size EXCEPT the one we needed (they were either the right thickness, but too short, or the right length, but too skinny/thick), so you may need to run to the hardware store. We have a Sony.
