Whey they say heavy duty, they aren't kidding. 304 Stainless is a seriously hard material to drill, so if the hole isn't where you need it to be then putting a large diameter hole in it yourself is nearly impossible. I got this to use as a drain pan for a CNC flood coolant project and needed to put a standard 1-3/4" drain hole in the bottom. This material will melt the teeth on a hole saw, even melted the cutter on a ground and hardened hole cutter bit. I had to heat the metal up red hot with a torch and then punch a hole in it with a hydraulic press, and even that required a grinder to finish the cut. Resulting hole was pretty ugly and had to be sledge hammered flat again, which again was only possible after heating the metal red hot. Just crazy hard metal to work with. I would have used a plastic tub if the manufacturers wouldn't have all ruined the bottom surface with embossed patterns and their stupid logos which obstruct the water flow. I did manage to install a drain which didn't leak, but it looks like the hole was made using armor piercing ballistics.

Well made and sturdy. I put this on a rolling pedestal and then the washer in the pan. The shake of the washer and dryer caused the pan and washer to get out of position and the pan did not deform even with the misaligned weight of the washer feet and the pedestal rollers.

I used heavy duty double sided tape between the pedestal and pan and cut pieces of styrofoam to use as spacers at the sides of the pan to keep the washer in place.

and the WINDOW FOR THE RETURN JUST CLOSED!!! YESTERDAY!!!! Can you believe?
isn't that an IRONY?

the whole is too low to the ground.
impossible to close with any cap.
