My screen phones kept getting hacked. The day it came to an emergency, I went to call for help. To call for a taxi , call to a animal vet, as ours had a freak accident.... And my screen to my old phone started to glitch, not respond, and I was unable to dial any number.I was locked out of being able to touch any number on the screen for over 20 mins this went on, while my children scream and cried.... Im grateful it wasnt one of my children who was injured, yet still no one should have to lose there family pet due to technology. Now that i have this phone, I have no worries of been able to dial any number when I need to. Ringer is loud, Dont know how to put more ringtones on it, but honestly i dont need it for anything other then emergancy calls, and answering the buzzer to my door with it.
